I'm going to share mine, but I'm going to ruminate on it over the holidays as I read the ones in the ebook. Upon a quick glance, the piece on "enrichment" by Rajesh Setty resonated for me. I like the litmus test:

If you are truly enriching someone’s life, they will typically miss you in their past. They think their lives would have been even better if they had met you earlier.

The ebook is a great inspiration as we enter the new decade.
