Payments

Program fees can be paid quarterly, in four equal installments, charged automatically to your credit card (VISA or Mastercard). For security reasons, please do not email your credit card number to us. Payments can also be made by post-dated cheques made payable to The Surge Strategies Group Inc. Program payments/installments not made as scheduled could result in the forfeiture of your seat.

Confirmation

Registration is not confirmed until you are contacted by one of our program representatives. Upon acceptance of your registration, you will receive written confirmation of your registration. You will also receive a program preparation package.

Competition

Existing Lab members have the right to refuse entry into a group by a new registrant that is in a competing business.  Similarly, new registrants have the opportunity not to join an existing Lab group if they feel there is a member in a competing business.  If there is a conflict, we will try our best to accomodate your needs, or we will give you a refund of any payments made. In the case of registrants from competing businesses, the first registrant to apply receives priority for placement.

Cancellations

It is intended that members stay with the program for a full year to obtain optimal benefit. However, you can withdraw from the program at any time, but you would not be eligible to receive a refund for installments already paid for sessions already attended, unless you are dissatisfied with the program.

You must make any cancellation in writing either by mail or email (info@surgestrategies.com). For cancellation of sessions not yet attended and made at least fourteen days prior to the start of the next session, any installment payment already received will be refunded less a 10% administrative charge. For cancellations received fourteen days or less prior to the next session, 50% of the installment will be refunded. Substitutes are not permitted as the program is for business owners only and relies on continuity of participation. It is the registrant's responsibility to attend the program as registered - "no shows" will be charged the full fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule a workshop if necessary. We will notify you of any changes. If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, our liability is limited to a full refund of the applicable session fee.

Guarantee

We believe so much in our program that we guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, we will issue a full refund, or register you for another session free of charge.
