How the Program Works
By registering for a Lab, a business owner becomes a member of a peer group supported by an experienced business coach/consultant. The Lab members are from non-competing businesses and they engage in a facilitated process for a year, maximizing opportunities to build trust and connections. Each person identifies and implements life and business-changing actions with renewed confidence. A valuable feature of the program is the plan, act, evaluate and adjust loop which spurs innovation and progress over the program year and beyond.
An experienced coach facilitates a series of eight full-day group sessions generally spaced six weeks apart (each session begins at 8:30 AM and ends at 4:30 PM). The program includes one-on-one accountability coaching throughout the process. A designated coach meets each member individually prior to the first group session to set up for the person’s success and identify key priorities. The coach checks–in with each Lab member between each session to provide accountability support and discuss any concerns or challenges. In addition, the coach meets each member after the last session for a wrap-up meeting to assess overall progress and plan for on-going success. Lab registrants have the option of purchasing extra one-on-one coaching with one of our approved business coaches.
Registration in a Business Innovator Lab™ also includes:
•Program Preparation Package including a Success Benchmarking Assessment Tool.
