Delaney Tosh has an infectious enthusiasm for her clients' visions, but she knows that enthusiasm is not enough to take a great vision and turn it into a viable and thriving business.

Delaney co-founded The Surge Group after operating her business, Catalyst Coaching, for the past seven years during which she worked with business owners supporting them in many aspects of business development and growth, such as restructuring business models, establishing sound marketing plans and public relations, launching product sales and marketing to the US, writing business plans, securing funding, establishing manufacturing relationships overseas, navigating the ridiculously difficult to navigate importing laws, developing business systems and managing time.

A certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CTI), Delaney draws on her training and corporate experience in marketing, strategic planning and business development, helping her clients infuse their visions with clarity, strategy, financial projections and funding strategies.

Delaney is involved with the International Coach Federation at both an international and regional level. She is also an active contributing member of the Vancouver Island Women's Business Network where she was President in 2004-2005 and redesigned and facilitated the Mentorship Program for women in business.

Delaney's personal vision is to be inspired and to inspire and support others to create sustainable and enjoyable lives, businesses, communities and planet. She is currently working on fulfilling her dream of co-creating community based entrepreneurship, sustainable development and the alleviation of poverty by engaging women in developing countries to use their own cultural and social energy as capital to create lasting change and well-being.

Delaney lives in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
