Business Road Mapping Labs™

Most companies suffer breakdowns in performance caused by their lack of attention to planning.  This lack of focus on strategic priorities, the inadequate monitoring of key business drivers, misapplied resources, and vague accountability all adds up to a failure to attain maximum financial performance.

The Business Road Mapping Labs provide you with a think-tank environment which supports you to continue to grow into the business leader you know you can be.

All members of our Labs report improved leadership skills and enhanced ability to formulate and execute winning plans.

How It Works:

Business Road Mapping Labs™ are structured as follows:

* Six half-day sessions per year
* A Lab Book that serves as your business road map
* Accountability check in and progress review
* Facilitated think-tank sessions for each member
* Individual strategic planning time
* Action and intention setting with time management support
* Six one-to-one laser coaching sessions to help you keep momentum between sessions

The Labs are ongoing and membership is on an annual basis. You can become a member of a Lab once you have completed our Success Benchmarking assessment tool with one of our business coaches. The Success Benchmarking assessment is a comprehensive look at your business which helps you identify strengths to build on and gaps to address across all areas of your business.
